Line/Prep Cook Qualifications:
- You have minimum 1 year of restaurant Line and/or Prep Cook experience (in a comparable full-service restaurant environment)
- You may also have some Pastry Cook experience, this would be an asset
- You have strong organization & time management skills
- You are passionate about food & culinary excellence
- You are driven, you take initiative & you never turn your head from a standard
- You know success comes from dedication & hard work, which you do not shy away from
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays in a full-time capacity
- You are able to make a minimum one (1) year commitment to our team
- You may be interested in working towards your Red Seal
Line Cook Earnings & Perks:
- $16.55-18.50 per hour + Bi-weekly Tip Out (averages additional $2-5/hour - varies based on sales)
